Founded in 1984 by Mr. Sandeep Ganediwala, along with Mrs. Supriya Ganediwala & Mr. Sumant Kumar Ganediwala, Shantanu Marketing Private Limited started as a marketing enterprise & has since grown into a diverse, multi-vertical business group spanning hospitality, textile chemicals, real estate, farming, & fashion retail.
OUR VERTICALS
Hospitality
We own and operate Infiniti Hotel & Spa, a premium 49-room hotel in Indore, renowned for its exceptional service. Our award-winning restaurant portfolio includes Hobnob, Tyger Tyger, Junoon, & Bollywood Theka. Additionally, we manage Harshvilas Fort, a heritage hotel in Mandsaur, along with a wedding resort, Harshvilas Palace.
Distribution
Since inception, we have been a trusted name in chemical distribution. Today, we are an authorized distributor of M/s Archroma, supplying textile auxiliaries and dyestuffs. This vertical has demonstrated consistent year-over-year growth, establishing us as a key industry player.
Farming
In their personal capacity, the promoters cultivate 20 acres of farmland, producing wheat, garlic, soybean, chickpeas, etc.
Real Estate
The group has strategic investments in agricultural land across Mandsaur district and is actively involved in land development projects in the region. Additionally, we are planning a retail development on a 5,000 sqm plot in Indore, further expanding our real estate footprint.
Fashion Retail
Under the brand Bougainvillea Luxury, we curate exclusive private showcases featuring high-end apparel and accessories, catering to a select clientele

BHAWNA GANEDIWALA

An alumna of Notre Dame Academy, Patna, and a BA Psychology graduate from Patna Women’s College, Mrs. Bhawna Ganediwala has continually pursued learning, including upskilling courses in jewellery design to expand her expertise in luxury retail. At Infiniti, she drives operational excellence & has a strong interest in public relations, actively fostering goodwill & brand recognition for the brand. She is also the founder of Bougainvillea Luxury, which she has passionately nurtured for over nine years.
A former Chairperson of Young Indians, Indore (a CII initiative), Bhawna actively leads the group’s CSR initiatives & has been instrumental in driving impactful social awareness campaigns.
